Privacy Policy

Effective October 18, 2026. Applies to Clearpage, a translation service operated by Fluxify LLC ("we," "us").

Plain-English summary. We collect your email and the documents you upload, and use them only to translate and deliver your order. Your files go to the translator working on your order and are deleted 30 days after delivery. We never sell your information and never use your documents to train AI models. We use one advertising tag (Google Ads) to see whether our ads lead to orders.

1. What we collect

Your contact details: email address, and your name or phone number if you give them.
Your documents: the files you upload and the translations we produce. These often contain sensitive personal information such as names, dates and places of birth, family details, and immigration-related information.
Order details: language, where you are filing, speed, notes you add, and your order history.
Usage data: pages viewed and buttons clicked, the approximate location (city and state) derived from your IP address, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse. We use the Google Ads tag (Google LLC) to measure whether visits from our ads lead to a quote or order; it sets cookies and sends your IP address, page URL and ad click identifier to Google under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not see or store card numbers.

2. How we use it

To quote, translate, certify and deliver your order; to email you about it; to answer support requests; to prevent fraud and abuse; to improve the Service; and to meet legal obligations. We send marketing email only with your consent, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

3. AI processing

We may use an AI model from a third-party provider (currently Anthropic) to prepare a first draft of a translation. Your document is sent to the provider only to produce that draft, and under our provider agreement it is not used to train models. A human translator reviews and corrects every draft before it is signed and delivered.

4. Who sees it

Our translation partner, Natively Fluent, and the translator on its team working on your order; service providers that host, store, email, and process payments for us (currently Cloudflare, Stripe, and Anthropic), each bound to use the data only for our instructions; and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Retention

Uploaded documents, translations, and the certified PDF: deleted 30 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep them longer. Uploads for prices you don't pay for: deleted after 14 days. Contact details and order history (without the documents): up to 24 months. Usage data: up to 24 months.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on servers in the United States. Download links expire. Access is limited to the people who need it to deliver your order. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing, by emailing fluxifyllc@gmail.com. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

8. Children

The Service is for adults. Parents or guardians may order translations of a child's documents. We do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 16.
