Clearpage is a translation service operated by Fluxify LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered to do business in California ("we," "us"). We are not a law firm. No one at Clearpage is acting as your attorney, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using the Service, submitting information, or paying for an order. We do not give legal, immigration, or tax advice and we do not review your situation for legal sufficiency. If you need advice about your rights or obligations, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review, any court, or any other agency.
A written English translation of each document you upload, a copy of the original, and a certification signed by a translator who attests that they are competent in both languages and that the translation is complete and accurate, in the form described in 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) (or the wording the receiving agency requires, such as 8 CFR 1003.33 for immigration court).
Our translation partner. Translations and certifications are prepared by translators at Natively Fluent, our translation partner. Drafts may be prepared with the help of AI and are always reviewed and corrected by the translator before signing. We are responsible to you for the quality of the delivered translation under these Terms.
USCIS, courts, and other agencies decide each case on its own facts. We do not guarantee that any agency will accept, approve, or act on a filing that includes our translation.
If an agency objects in writing to the wording of our certification or the format of our translation, we will revise and redeliver at no charge within 10 business days of receiving the objection. You may also ask us to correct a translation error within 90 days of delivery. This guarantee does not cover objections to the underlying document, decisions on the merits of a case, or translations you alter after delivery.
By uploading a document you confirm that you are entitled to have it translated and that it is genuine. We may refuse any order. We do not alter the content of a document, and we will not translate a document we believe to be altered or fraudulent.
Delivery times are measured from our written confirmation of your paid order (the confirmation email), not from when you upload, and run during business hours, 8am to 6pm Pacific, Monday to Friday. Standard delivery is by the same time on the next business day; rush is within 4 business hours. Stated times are targets, not guarantees; if we expect to miss one we will tell you.
Prices are per page of the original document, shown to you before you pay. Prices are valid for 14 days. Payment is due when you place the order. Refunds: a full refund if we cancel or cannot take the order; no refund after delivery except under the revision guarantee.
You must be 18 or older. You will provide accurate information. You will not use the Service to break the law, to harass or discriminate, to submit false or altered documents, to probe or disrupt our systems, or to build a competing product from our outputs.
You own the documents you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the Service. We own the Service, its templates, software, and content, and grant you a non-exclusive license to use delivered documents for your own purposes.
The Service and all deliverables are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any deliverable is complete, current, error-free, or sufficient for your purpose, or that any agency, court, or third party will accept it or act on it. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, penalties, fines, or legal fees arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims arising out of the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or $100. These limits apply regardless of the theory of liability and are a basis of the bargain.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from documents you submit that you were not entitled to have translated, from altered or false documents, or from your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Rules, in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek an injunction for intellectual-property misuse. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. We may suspend or end the Service or an account for breach. Contact: fluxifyllc@gmail.com, Fluxify LLC.
